Professional organizations
Association of Administrative Professionals (AAP) – Canadian-based organization. I’m new to this group, but what sold me these member benefits: access to Executive Support Magazine and past training.
IAAP – membership includes the monthly publication, and CAP certification, with specialty CAPstone specialty certificates, focused training for: Project Management, HR, Organizational Management and more See the IAAP website for the current offerings.
ASAP – free membership, online resources, a variety of free and affordable training. More aimed at general admin professionals but they offer EA Ignite. I haven’t attended this training but it is on my list.

Training
Executive Support – free Ask an Admin series on YouTube, digital and print magazine written by thought leaders, and a variety of advanced EA training courses. ACEA is the gold standard certification for EAs.
Practically Perfect PA – free and paid training. The Virtual Summits are well worth your time and features highly regarded trainers who are EAs and PAs.
Navigating EAs – Coming soon – A collaboration with my friend and EA bestie, Candace Denton. We are developing a closed Facebook group that is a safe space to connect with other EAs. We are also developing tools and training to support our EA peers.

Willowing Arts
Willowing Arts is Tamara Laporteโs art business. She is a fun person, terrific artist, and excellent mixed media teacher. She makes drawing fun and easy.
Iโve taken a lot of Tamโs classes. Her long-running Life Book course is no longer available. Check out her website for current offerings.

Johanna Basford
I consider Johanna Basford the mother of modern adult coloring. All you need is a coloring book and color pencils.
Johanna’s designs are simple, charming and accessible. Itโs a good starting point on your coloring journey.

Jessica Valant Pilates
Jessica is a physical therapist and Pilates instructor. I was an Unlimited Member from 2016 – 2024. My move to Canada prompted me to cancel my subscription because the exchange rate is unfavorable.
Long story short, I now use her YouTube videos. Jessica is open about her health issues. She follows her own advice for her healing journey.
